SHIPPING INFORMATION
Within Canada, all orders over $149 (before taxes) are shipped Free of charge via Canada Post (EXPEDITED) IF DROP SHIPPED IT MAY BE SHIPPED VIA UPS OR CANPAR
Depending on where you are located, it will normally take between 3-7 business days to receive your order.
Cancellations:
Should you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed and shipped, it will be cancelled and refunded in full. If the item has been shipped or if it is refused at time of delivery, a restocking fee equal to 5% of the value of the order plus the costs of shipping will be applied against the amount refunded. If the cancelled order is delivered, it is your responsibility to ship it back to us at your cost within 10 days from date of delivery in accordance with the Returns and Exchanges Policies.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the postal code of your shipping address will be all you need to track your order. Note: “Day” mentioned here means “business day” which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Free Shipping applies only to addresses within Canada, for a single shipment per order.
